TOBACCONIST UNIVERSITYŽ Certified Consumer Tobacconists (CCT) are the most educated and passionate connoisseurs of luxury tobacco in the world. This degree is earned by customers, aficionados, and connoisseurs who are interested in educating themselves about luxury Tobacco. The CCT degree is a certification and credential, but not a professional designation. A TU CCT has studied the TU Academic Curriculum, including TOBACCO, ACCOUTREMENTS, and TASTE COLLEGE to gain the ultimate appreciation of luxury tobacco. In addition to a rigorous academic apprenticeship, a CCT candidate must sign and abide by the CCT Code of Ethics and Standards to demonstrate their appreciation and respect for the traditions and culture of great tobacco farmers, cigar & pipe makers, and Tobacconists.
To become a TOBACCONIST UNIVERSITYŽ Certified Consumer Tobacconist, the candidate must be sponsored by a CRT who will administer the final exam and collect the certification fee.
